Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN)
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active, unrestricted state medical license (able to complete credentialing within ~1 month)
• BLS certification required
• EPIC EMR experience preferred (clinical documentation and in-basket management)
• Strong obstetric and gynecologic procedural skills and comfort with on-call hospital coverage

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across clinic and hospital settings — antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum management
• Manage low- and high-risk pregnancies, including fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), OB ultrasounds, and amniocentesis
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries: vaginal, operative vaginal (low forceps), cesarean sections, breech deliveries, multiple births, VBACs, and management of abruptions
• Repair 3rd and 4th degree perineal lacerations and manage obstetric hemorrhage when required
• Conduct office and minor gynecologic procedures (IUD placement/removal, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP)
• Perform surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic procedures, ectopic pregnancy management, oophorectomy, cystectomy, extensive lysis of adhesions)
• Respond to RN questions, manage EPIC in-basket messages, and review laboratory and imaging results in EPIC
• See OB and GYN clinic patients, including annual exams and pessary management; provide patient counseling and follow-up care
