• 12-hour shifts 8:30 am - 8:30 pm with unrestricted call coverage
• See all inpatient admissions daily
• Attend high-risk deliveries under 30 weeks gestation
• Ambulance transports as needed averaging 1 per month
• Support from NICU team including RN and RT
• Stabilize patients requiring transport to higher level of care
