Our client is seeking a skilled Podiatry Nurse Practitioner for a 6-day assignment in Mississippi, starting May 11, 2026. This role involves providing nonsurgical treatments, including referral orthotics, casts, or strappings, with no prescribing required. The schedule features 8:30AM- 4PM shifts, and responsibilities include visiting homes and nursing homes to manage routine nail maintenance, diabetic foot care, and other foot-related injuries and conditions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide nonsurgical treatments, such as referral orthotics, casts, or strappings.
- Conduct visits to homes and nursing homes.
- Manage routine nail maintenance, including nail trimming, in-grown nail treatment, and nail infection treatment.
- Deliver diabetic foot care, including treatment of foot-related diabetes symptoms like diabetic ulcers and diabetic neuropathy.
- Treat other foot-related injuries and conditions, such as corns, calluses, and wounds.
- Perform duties with no prescribing required.
