Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) for a high-acuity community hospital in Beckley, WV. This is a short-term, 2–6 month assignment beginning December 31, 2025, with guaranteed monthly shifts and multiple schedule options.

If you’re an APP with proven EM experience and comfort in a busy, trauma-designated ED — this is an ideal opportunity to step into consistent coverage with full medical staff support.

Assignment Snapshot

• Location: Beckley, West Virginia

• Contract Length: 2–6 months
• Schedule Availability: 9–12 shifts per month
• Shifts Available:
  • Monday–Friday: 9a–9p
  • Monday–Friday: 11a–11p
  • Saturday–Sunday: 3p–3a
  • Saturday–Sunday: 9a–9p
• EMR: Medhost
• Privileging: Temporary privileges available (~30 days)

This is a modern ED with strong medical staff alignment, and rapid access to specialty support — creating a safe and well-structured environment for APPs practicing independently.

Clinical Requirements

• Certification: NCCPA or NCCNP (required)
• Certifications: ACLS & PALS
• Experience: 1–3 years Emergency Medicine experience
• Licensure: Active & unrestricted West Virginia license
• Must be comfortable managing acute presentations and collaborating with the ED and HM teams
