- Full time hours with rotating weekends once per month
- 10 patients every 4 hours
- Family practice clinic setting
- 2 years NP or PA primary care experience required
- All ages from 2 years and up
- Substance abuse and women's health experience needed
- Community health/FQHC experience strongly preferred
- Spanish speaking would be very helpful
