- Monday to Friday, 7 am - 5:30 pm -- flexible 4x10 or 5x8 schedule
- 25 patients per day with admin time built into schedule
- Community health center setting
- All ages -- family practice scope
- Management of acute and chronic conditions including minor trauma
- Spanish language skills valued
- Community health experience preferred
