- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Call, 7 on / 7 off, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, Weekend call
- ACLS required
- 11 - 18 patients per day in the CVICU, 500 - 600 cases per year
- CABG, EVH, RAH, open & endo, LVADs, open valve repair, rounding on floor and CVICU
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
