- Schedule: Hospital shifts Monday–Thursday, 7am–5pm; call rotation Monday–Thursday, 5pm–7am; Friday–Sunday, 24-hour call
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
- Shifts per Week: 3
- Hours per Week: 36
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year practicing as a CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
- Active Wyoming license required (CRNA licensure)
- Active Wyoming DEA registration required
- Required certifications: ACLS, PALS/APLS, NRP
- Demonstrated ability to perform regional anesthesia blocks and standard anesthetic techniques
- Strong perioperative assessment, airway management, and pediatric/obstetric anesthesia skills
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care across a varied case mix: adult (90%), pediatric (2.5%), OB C-section (2.5%), and vaginal deliveries (5%)
- Deliver anesthesia for general surgery, orthopedics, urology, and obstetric cases in a hospital setting
- Perform regional anesthesia blocks and advanced airway management as indicated
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage to maintain 24/7 anesthesia provider availability
- Collaborate with surgeons, obstetricians, pediatric teams, and perioperative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality perioperative care
- Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and comply with hospital policies, quality metrics, and patient safety protocols
