PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Pediatrics and Adults
• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 20–25 cases per day
• Case Mix: Bread and butter anesthesia including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, GYN, urology, ophthalmology, vascular; no complex cardiac, thoracic, or high-risk neuro cases
FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Department: 220 beds
• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: Standard anesthesia equipment
• Specialty Backup Available: Anesthesia care team model (3:1 supervision)
• Support Staff Available: Full OR and perioperative staff
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90–120 days
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Rate: $247/hour

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active CT license required (willing to license)
• Board: NBCRNA certification required
• DEA: Required (CT DEA)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience
• Other Qualifications: Must provide references from prior practice leadership
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties
• Perform general and regional anesthesia techniques
• Work within a care team model (3:1 supervision)
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
