Oncology Provider Opportunity
Status: Accepting Candidates
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour blocked lunch)
- Assignment Length: 6–9 months
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic (some inpatient consults, rarely)
- Number of Chairs: 15
- Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per day
- Charting System: Epic (AI-assisted charting available)
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in oncology
- Board Status: Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC)
- Licensure: NY State License required
- Epic Experience: Required
- Skills: Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a growing program
- Procedures/Cases: Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy

- MD: 1
- NP: 1
- LPN: –
- CNA/CMA: 3
Unit Policies
- Clock In/Out: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Lunch Break: 1-hour blocked lunch
- Overtime: As needed
- Cell Phone Use: Allowed (required if using AI charting)
- Call-In Policy: Notify Director by phone or text
- Dress Code: Professional attire, closed-toed shoes
