- Document creation and management (client and prospects)
- Lead engagement on select accounts
- Prospecting – assist with researching companies and contacts that fit business plan/targeted growth areas. Potential to assume some prospecting responsibilities if desired.

Skillset / Requirements:
- Extremely organized
- Assertive, proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High business acumen (business/accounting/finance degree preferred but not required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance (P&C)
- In office (Kansas City, MO) – not a remote position
