BUILDING PERMIT PROCESSOR/EXPEDITOR
We are looking for a Permit Processor/Expeditor to join our rapidly growing construction company.
It will be your primary focus to construct and secure building permits as well as coordinate the approval process by reviewing blueprints, documents and understanding zoning and building code compliance.
HRLY/ PAY FULL TIME
MONDAY- FRIDAY 9-5
Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidate must possess the following
Reliable transportation
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
Proficient with software that includes but is not limited to MS Excel, MS Word.
Understanding with general construction IMPACT WINDOWS, DOORS, ROOFING materials and techniques.
Must have 1 Year of Windows/Impact Windows Experience.
