Duties
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and work instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
- Use forklift and warehouse equipment as needed for material handling
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues during assembly processes
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment
Skills
- Proven experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings or instructions
- Hands-on experience with assembly line operations and use of hand tools and power tools
- Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting within a manufacturing facility
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
