Role: Superintendent
Location: Coatesville, PA
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 Benefits
We’re representing a growing, veteran-owned General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial renovation projects across the U.S. As they continue to expand, they’re seeking a Superintendent to join their team and take ownership of a key commercial renovation project based in Coatesville, PA.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and ensure project milestones are met
- Enforce site safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, ideally in commercial renovation or ground-up
- Proven ability to manage active job sites with multiple trades
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 Certification highly preferred
- Ability to travel regionally for future projects is a plus
