Role: Superintendent
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Salary: $65,000–$95,000
We are representing a respected General Contractor seeking a Commercial Superintendent to take ownership of a ground-up retail project in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
This is a $1M – $2M build, and the client is looking for an experienced leader who can successfully deliver the project from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction for a ground-up retail store.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Maintain strict safety compliance and enforce OSHA guidelines.
Requirements:
- Strong background in ground-up construction, preferably retail projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects in the $1M – $2M range.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is required.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
