GoGreen Landscaping is a forward-thinking, eco-conscious landscaping company dedicated to creating beautiful, sustainable outdoor environments. We are looking for a driven and experienced Landscape Cordinator to oversee daily operations, manage project timelines, and lead our teams to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of landscape installation and maintenance projects
- Supervise, train, and support crew leaders and field staff
- Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent service and communication
- Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion
- Monitor job costs, labor, and materials to stay within budget
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality control
- Support strategic planning and workflow optimization
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in landscape management or a similar supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of landscape construction, horticulture, hardscaping
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in project scheduling and reporting
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
