GoGreen Landscaping, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape foreman to lead our field crew in delivering high-quality, sustainable landscaping services. If you have a passion for outdoor work, leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise crew and coordinate landscape installation and maintenance projects
- Lead a team of crew members on-site and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Coordinate to foreman and crews on the job specifics ( materials / tools ).
- Inventory Management.
- Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2 years of landscaping experience, including team leadership
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape construction
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and time management skills.
- Hardscaping skills is a bonus.
