What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate the distribution of routers, modems, cabling, and installation materials to field teams and project sites
- Track and manage inventory across warehouses, service vehicles, and field locations
- Schedule shipments and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and suppliers
- Oversee order fulfillment for new installations and service upgrades to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate records in logistics and inventory management systems
- Partner closely with field technicians and operations teams to ensure equipment readiness
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation efficiently
- Investigate and resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies
- Assist with forecasting inventory needs based on customer demand and project pipelines
- Support adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus)
- Experience in logistics, inventory control, telecommunications, or operations coordination preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and inventory/ERP systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
