Bilingual AccountManager
Position Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for selling Local Tire & Wheel products to new and existing customers. The Sales Associate will set up showroom displays, conduct tours and help customers with any product questions.
Essential Job Functions:
·Sell our products to new and existing customers
·Assist customers with any product questions
·Set up display areas
·Meet daily sales goals
·Maintain inventory levels
·Follow all company policies and procedures
·Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Read and Write in Spanish
·Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed to ensure sufficient business hours are maintained for the customer
·Ability to learn and use an iPad to conduct sales transactions (we provide training)
·Ability to build rapport with customers
·Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a variety of customer types and temperatures (rich and poor income bracket customers)
·High school diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
·Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
