This position is responsible for designing the Service Dept. / Parts Dept. / Service Drive in an Automotive Facility to give our client the most functional layout for their new build / expansion / and remodels. This includes working closely with sales reps, equipment vendors, and architects / GC / Engineers to ensure equipment/layout has everything it needs to meet the vision of the owner for their construction project.

This includes working closely with sales reps, equipment vendors, and architects / GC / Engineers to ensure equipment/layout has everything it needs to meet the vision of the owner for their construction project.
Requirements:
- Must be Proficient in AutoCAD Software. Revit is an additional asset but not required.
- Attention to detail is of upmost importance.
- Good interpersonal skills & Good communication.
- Be able to navigate conflicts and problem solve / find solutions.
- Be able to Multitask. This position will require you to work and manage a series of design projects at the same time.
- Must be located in the State of Florida, preferably in the Tampa Area.

- Equipment scope out meetings – Working with the sales rep to determine the clients’ wants and needs for their new project.
- Full equipment design in CAD based on client / sales feedback.
- In person or video meetings with the sales rep & client to dial in our equipment design.
- Adding MEP requirements to the plans. Includes adding electrical table / callouts, equipment piping, & equipment details.
- Communicate / work closely with Architect / Engineers to incorporate our equipment design & MEP requirements into their floor plans.
- Hand off meetings to construction team & provide the project manager with dimensioned plans for installation.
- Full Time
- Base Salary – $45,000 – $70,000
- Bonus Package available per New Project
- Company Business Card for Travel
