Rhino Consulting and Coaching is representing a fast-growing independent insurance brokerage in Fenton, MI seeking a Licensed Insurance Inside Sales Agent & Growth Specialist to support inbound quote activity, manage underwriting coordination, and proactively grow our existing book of business.
This is not a basic customer service role. This position is designed for a high-energy, performance-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meaningful client conversations, and wants to build a long-term career within a growing agency. You will serve as both the front-line relationship builder and a key revenue driver inside the organization.
