Compensation and Hours
- Pay: Generous base pay while ramping up then an aggressive commission for both new and renewal business.
- Earnings potential: Unlimited; top agents on our leaderboard will achieve 300k in 2026.
- Schedule: M-F in-office with flexibility for community outreach and meetings with referral partners.
