We are seeking a Neurologist who is licensed in Maine* to provide virtual neurology care to Local Infusion patients, with a focus on memory care and dementia-related conditions. This is a contract, patient-facing clinical role; delivering high-quality, compassionate virtual care to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.

Job Description
- Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, with an emphasis on memory disorders and dementia care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions consistent with telehealth standards of care
- Partner with NP and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans
- Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in the EMR
- Escalate complex or urgent cases per Local Infusion clinical protocols
- Board certified/eligible neurologist with active, unrestricted medical license(s) in ME; willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed
- Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions
- Experience providing and prescribing anti-amyloid therapy and monitoring patients receiving these medications
- Prior telehealth experience required
- Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) capacity with a flexible visit schedule
- Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and care teams
