Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction plans to guide remodeling projects.
- Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing to prepare bathroom spaces for renovation.
- Install plumbing fixtures, electrical components, lighting systems, and ventilation units with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Execute tile laying, flooring installation, concrete finishing, and masonry work to enhance durability and aesthetics.
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively for tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, glass installation, cabinet mounting, and door hanging.
- Manage construction site safety protocols while coordinating with other trades like roofing, heavy equipment operators, electricians and plumbers.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes and client specifications while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a focus on bathrooms or residential spaces.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring, drywall finishing, tile setting, and flooring installation.
