Interior Finish Carpenter
Staffworks Group is seeking a skilled Interior Finish Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years of finish carpentry experience to join our team in Brockton, MA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience performing all phases of interior finish carpentry on multi-residential buildings, colleges, libraries, and other high-profile commercial construction projects. This position requires exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality finishes while working independently or as part of a team.
Location: Brockton, MA
Pay Rate: $32.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Perform all phases of interior finish carpentry on commercial and institutional construction projects.
- Install interior trim packages, including:
- Baseboard
- Crown molding
- Chair rail
- Door and window casing
- Decorative moldings
- Install and finish kitchens, cabinets, countertops, and bathroom vanities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Measure, cut, fit, and install finished materials with precision.
- Complete punch list items to ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Install doors, hardware, shelving, wood blocking, and other finish carpentry components.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to meet project schedules.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies
