We're hiring a Senior Concrete Sales Closer to own the Greenville, NC and surrounding Pitt / Beaufort counties as our top producer. This is a step up from a standard sales rep role — bigger book of inbound leads, larger average ticket size, longer commission ladder, and a company truck fuel card once you clear the 90-day probation.
If you've already done $1M in concrete or in-home services sales and want to plant a flag in a stable, high-volume territory, this is the seat.
What You'll Do
$25,000 base salary plus $140,000–$180,000 in potential commissions in year one for a proven closer. Top performers make more.
Company truck fuel card issued after a 90-day probation period (your personal vehicle gets a mileage stipend during probation).

What You'll Do
- Run the highest-value estimates in the territory — driveways, decorative patios, commercial flatwork, multi-family slabs.
- Close on-site, collect deposits, and coordinate clean handoffs to production.
- Build a referral network with realtors, builders, GCs, and HOAs across Greenville.
- Mentor newer reps in the territory as the role grows.
- Own quarterly revenue targets and own the customer experience end-to-end.
- 5 years in concrete, fencing, roofing, remodeling, or similar in-home services sales.
- Proven track record — $1M personal book of business closed in a prior role.
- Closing-first mindset, comfortable on big-ticket residential and commercial deals.
- Local knowledge of the Greenville market a strong plus.
- Valid NC driver's license, clean driving record (you'll be in the company truck).
