What You'll Do
- Run 4–8 in-home estimates per day across the Wilmington market.
- Build accurate quotes for driveways, patios, sidewalks, slabs, and decorative concrete.
- Close on-site whenever possible; follow up fast on warm leads.
- Coordinate with the production crew on scheduling and scope.
- Own the customer relationship through pour day and final walk-through.
- Sales experience in concrete, fencing, roofing, landscaping, remodeling, or similar in-home services.
- Strong closer — comfortable asking for the deposit on the first visit.
- Reliable transportation, valid NC driver's license, smartphone.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
