What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vault Teller position at LOC Credit Union?
LOC Credit Union is looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our growing team at the Dearborn Chase Branch as a Vault Teller.
Key Responsibilities
The Vault Teller is responsible for ensuring the operation of the teller line and exceptional member satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, capable of training the teller line on procedures, has customer service experience, has financial institution experience (preferred), acts as the branch's Vault/ATM Custodian.
Additionally, the Vault Teller will conduct transactions on the teller line such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. They will approve check holds, overrides and support tellers with inquires. The Vault Teller also serves as a Notary Republic and provides Signature Guarantee Medallion services.
This position requires working a minimum of one Saturday per month with occasional travel to other branches.

The minimum pay for this position starts at $17.95 per hour.
