• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups
• Develop new business opportunities through B2B sales strategies and targeted marketing campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining complex financial terms clearly, and guiding clients through the application process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely processing of mortgage applications

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on financial or business development roles
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
