Role Description
The Senior Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll for employees, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This individual will maintain employee records, process wage deductions, and handle discrepancies. The role will involve liaising with HR and finance for payroll adjustments, tax filings, and benefits administration. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Irvine, CA.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive payroll management skills, including handling payroll systems and processing for large-scale employee bases
- Expertise in tax filings, wage deductions, and regulatory compliance related to federal, state, and local laws
- Proficiency in payroll software Paycom
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll and maintaining records
- Preferred: Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
