What you’ll own:
LoanPro’s Associate Partner Solutions Manager is responsible for working with the VP of Partnerships to manage and grow strong business relationships and alliances that support the organization's growth. This role focuses on third-party solutions embedded within LoanPro and sold as LoanPro products. You will support direct sales and customer management channels, tactically identifying strategic clients and prospects to achieve long-term goals. This individual will develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for Partner Solutions and enable the team to position and sell these offerings. You'll collaborate closely with marketing to create materials, campaigns, and strategies to promote and increase adoption of the offerings. The Associate Partner Solutions Manager leverages LoanPro’s resources to create value-based solutions, meeting current customer and company requirements. You will exemplify excellent customer service and uphold Company core values, culture, policy, and procedures.
Essential Job Functions
- Become a Solutions Expert: Deeply understand LoanPro's Partner Solutions, their operation within the software, use cases, and how they fulfill customer needs.
- Promote Solutions: Devise marketing campaigns to promote partner solutions.
- Prioritize Growth: Help prioritize product requirements that drive growth and adoption of Partner Solutions.
- Systematize Management: Create a systematic, process-driven approach to relationship management for both internal and partner stakeholders.
- Pipeline & Metrics: Create and manage pipelines for partner solutions, enlisting partner support to close deals and drive revenue, and use metrics to assess partnership value.
- Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with key strategic partners, continuously seeking ways to deepen relationships from onboarding to continued success.
- Report & Inform: Keep leadership updated on partner revenue growth, expansion opportunities, and shared challenges.
- Onsite Collaboration: This role requires onsite collaboration with team members, with remote work permitted at manager's discretion and per company hybrid policy.
- Manage Solutions: Oversee partner solutions and strategic alliances.
- Drive Results: Develop method-driven approaches to achieve results through partnerships.
- Strategic Execution: Assist the VP of Partnerships in executing the partnership strategy, driving revenue and adoption of partner solutions.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting on the partner solutions pipeline and activity.
- Initiative Development: Conceptualize new strategic initiatives to expand LoanPro’s reach with key partnerships.
- Forecasting & Monetization: In conjunction with the VP of Partnerships, organize strategic initiatives, objectives, and strategies to monetize and forecast partner solutions.
- System Development: Develop systems and procedures for managing partner solutions, pipeline, and deal progressions.
- Financial Tracking: Develop, measure, and manage reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership activities and revenue.
- Travel: May travel to sales events, trade shows, and potential customer/client meetings.
- Agreement Management: Manage partner agreements.
- Feedback & Attitude: Possess the ability to give, receive, and implement feedback and constructive criticism, maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
- Collaboration: Build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across various styles, functions, geographies, and cultures.

What you’ll need for success:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 years of related work experience, preferably in professional partnerships, sales, account management, or product management role.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in a similar role with tangible experience in expanding and cultivating existing partnerships.
- Industry Experience: Lending and/or technology experience preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic, enterprise-wide, and systems thinking.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a team environment with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including facilitating group presentations and consulting.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office applications, and industry-specific analysis software.
- Language: Fluency in English (speak, read, and write) required.
