What you’ll own:
As the Director of Product Marketing at LoanPro, you will be a contributing member of the marketing leadership team focused on consistently executing on product and customer marketing. You will lead a team that’s focused on enabling revenue functions to increase our win rate and closed revenue through value-based assets. Leading a team of product and customer marketers to consistently deliver high impact and output will be crucial to your success. As a leader within marketing, you’ll contribute to our fast growth journey and help make a huge difference in providing the platform to innovate the future of finance. Responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company core values, culture, policy and procedures at all times.
Essential Job Functions:
- Takes ownership of deep learning about our software, its functions, and how it fulfills our customers' needs and how they use the product Cultivate new business relationships, maintain existing business relationships with customers and partners
- Lead a team of product and customer marketers to consistently execute
- Own the strategy and execution of all traditional product marketing initiatives including sales assets, competitive research, one pagers, eBooks, and more
- Lead sales enablement initiatives by working strategically with sales and sales enablement teams to align on product positioning and deliver comprehensive training that empowers the sales organization
- Drive forward a go-to-market plan for new feature and product launches
- Be an expert in value messaging and embed value in all revenue functions
- Own the process of value engineering, leading to the generation of ROI calculators and business cases for prospects and customers
- Be the primary point of contact between marketing and product
- An essential function of this role requires onsite work to collaborate with other team members. Remote work can be conducted at managers discretion and in accordance with company hybrid policy.

What you’ll need for success:
- Strong experience producing value-based assets and value engineering
- 5 years of experience in B2B organizations with consistent promotions
- 3 years of people management experience with a strong mentorship approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Passionate about fintech
- Extreme hustle, grit, grind
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations, and consulting skills
- Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner at the most senior levels in the organization
- Ability to build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across functions and geographies
