Position Summary:The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations is responsible for driving the effectiveness, consistency, and quality of the Talent Acquisition function through process optimization, technology management, vendor oversight, and an exceptional onboarding experience. This role ensures Talent Coordinators, Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring leaders, and new hires have a seamless, efficient, and high-quality journey from offer acceptance through Day 1. The Manager oversees TA programs, ATS administration, onboarding workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance speed, accuracy, compliance, and candidate experience. Responsibilities: Lead team of Talent Coordinators overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process from offer acceptance through Day 1, ensuring timely completion of onboarding tasks, background checks and I-9 verificationContinuous improvement initiatives to streamline Talent Acquisition processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistency across the recruiting lifecycleManage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Jobvite, including configuration, troubleshooting, updates, integrations, and training to maintain data integrity and optimized system performanceMaintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Legal, Compensation, and Operations, to remove workflow barriers and support alignment with business needsCollaborates with cross-functional integration team and related stakeholders to gather requirements, plan, manage, and complete programsManage vendor relationships related to recruiting and onboarding, ensuring service levels are met, issues are resolved, business reviews are conducted, and contracts/budgets are managed appropriatelyAnalyze TA data and workflows to identify gaps, track performance, and provide insights and recommendations to TA leadershipDevelop, document, and maintain TA processes, SOPs, and playbooks to support scalable, compliant and high-quality execution across the teamDeliver training and resources to recruiters and hiring leaders on systems, processes and best practicesLead or support cross-functional projects that enhance recruiter enablement, candidate experience and TA operational excellenceEnsure all TA and onboarding processes adhere to compliance requirements, data security standards and internal policiesQualifications:Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience working in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination or similar functionMinimum three (3) years in leadership, project management or process improvement focused roleStrong knowledge of ATS platform (Jobvite) and HRIS (Workday); experience with system administration preferredExperience with onboarding processes, compliance requirements and pre-employment workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of interpreting data and presenting insightsExperience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environment. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $106,000.00 and $159,500.00. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
