If you’re interested in joining a team that empowers employees, clients, and partners to help them reach their goals, apply today!Compensation:$70,000 per yearResponsibilities:Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc.Coordinate and prepare documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperworkVerify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/ loan officerHandle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent serviceBe the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding itemsPrequalify:Contact all newly received applications within 24 hours of assignment by the LOThoroughly review 1003 with the borrower(s) and request the necessary documentsExplore all options before turning down a pre-approval requestKeep Realtor partners updated on the progressStay up to date on investor guidelines program changesPre-Approve:Communicate pre-approval parameters to borrowersProvide supplemental pre-approval documents (e.g., Pre-Approval Addendum)Notify the referring Realtor immediately after issuing pre-approvalExpedite rush pre-approval requestsFlag any red flags or potential issues to the LO or Team Captain (if applicable)Dedicate one hour weekly to pre-approval outreach power hourPipeline:Expedite onboarding for newly received contractsPerform a daily “gauge check” to identify “hot loans.”Attend weekly branch pipeline meetings to track loan milestonesDeliver Tuesday borrower update calls (and Realtors, when needed)Coordinate closely with loan processing teamsContact borrowers, attorneys, and realtors 24 hours before contingencies expireReview Closing Disclosures for accuracy against the Loan EstimatesConduct pre-closing phone calls (48 hours before closing)Make congratulatory funding calls to borrowers, RealtorsProvide post-closing/funding supportBe available after hours for urgent questions (via mobile email)Consistently exceed borrower and referral partner expectationsQualifications:College degree in finance or banking preferred. High school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients5 years of professional office environment experience as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant preferredMS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferredPossess an advanced understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.Have an NMLS LicenseAbout CompanyLoanDepot is a national company, but at our branch in Snohomish, we’re proud to be one of the top 10 mortgage teams in the nation!
