Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team on a full-time basis at our Glendale, CA office. The Loan Processor will be responsible for managing end-to-end loan transactions, including gathering and reviewing loan documents, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, coordinating with loan officers and borrowers, and preparing files for submission. This role will require working closely with stakeholders to keep the process streamlined and efficient.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and experience with Loan Documents and the loan process
- Knowledge of Loans and Underwriting standards, processes, and procedures
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively work with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Loan Processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with mortgage technologies or loan processing software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field preferred
