Commercial Lending Associate

Location: Birmingham, Michigan

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Compensation: $50,000 Salary Bonuses, Commissions, and Benefits (After 90 days)

We are looking for a motivated and organized Commercial Lending Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position for someone who wants to build a long-term career in commercial lending.

The ideal candidate is comfortable talking to people, following up consistently, generating new opportunities, and helping clients move through the loan process.

• Call and follow up with new and existing leads
• Generate new business opportunities
• Schedule appointments for Loan Advisors
• Build relationships with referral partners
• Collect and organize client documents
• Update the CRM and loan pipeline
• Help clients move through the loan process
• Follow up on active loan applications
• Reconnect with past clients and inactive leads

• Bachelor’s degree in finance required
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and motivated
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Consistent with follow-up and completing tasks
• Willing to take ownership and go above and beyond when needed

Previous experience is not required. Experience in sales, banking, lending, real estate, or customer service is helpful.

The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a results-driven position that may occasionally require additional time, flexibility, and follow-up outside of regular business hours.
