We are a commercial auto insurance agency looking for a reliable assistant to help keep things running smoothly. This is an in-office role where you’ll handle day-to-day tasks that keep our clients and team organized.
Schedule:
- Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Part-time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(We are open to either, depending on your availability.)
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with insurance applications and basic paperwork
- Emailing and messaging clients to collect information or documents
- Answering phones and handling general inquiries
- Providing general office support as needed
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers, email, and basic online tools
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Compensation:
- $15/hour, paid in cash
- Consistent hours with potential to grow within the agency
