Supervisor - Fabrication

Fabrication Supervisor will direct and manage daily operations in our fabrication department operations.

This individual will maintain all safety, quality, and production standards, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate fabrication department activities with Plant manager to ensure objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Effective collaboration with multi-functional departments, including engineering, quality control, and logistics, to streamline processes and maintain high standards of output.
• Monitor performance for production and quality standards.
• Promote a positive safety culture at all times.
• Provides direction and leadership to personnel (Approximately 45 employees).
• Must focus on customers' expectations, prevent problems, and strive for continuous improvement resulting in improved results for themselves, customers and other employees.
• Be responsible for fostering a cohesive work environment to unite two shifts, enhancing communication and teamwork to optimize productivity.
