Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently maneuver the Forklift through a populated environment
- Safely move pallets, trailers, and raw materials as needed within the plant
- Safely move trailers and materials as needed within the plant
- Daily safety inspections
- Communicate with personnel
- Ensure the appropriate trailers are in the appropriate locations
- Materials put away quickly and efficiently
- Load trailers on to transport trailers
- Communicate with dispatcher to ensure timely distribution of trailers to drivers
- Other duties as assigned
