General Labor – Shop & Operations Support
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labor team member to support daily shop operations, inventory handling, basic material organization, and cross‑department workflow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, variety, and keeping a workplace running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with general shop labor including organizing materials, staging parts, and maintaining clean work areas
- Load and unload shipments; move materials between storage, shop, and workstations
- Support inventory tracking by labeling, counting, and organizing parts
- Help prepare orders, pull parts, and coordinate with shop staff on daily needs
- Perform basic record‑keeping tasks such as logging received items or updating simple checklists
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
- Support cross‑functional tasks as needed to keep operations running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Comfort working in a shop, warehouse, and storage environment
- Detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple tasks throughout the day
- Willingness to learn basic product knowledge and simple workflow processes
- Previous general labor, warehouse, or shop experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to move between shop, storage, and office areas as needed
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
