Compensation & Logistics
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 per year.
- Role Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Core Responsibilities
- Project Purchasing: Manage the full procurement cycle for materials, specialized equipment, and service contracts across our residential portfolio.
- NYC Vendor Relations: Leverage and expand a network of local NYC suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
- Negotiation & Bidding: Lead the bidding process, analyze quotes, and negotiate high-value contracts to drive project profitability.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate deliveries for tight NYC job sites, ensuring materials arrive exactly when needed to keep crews moving.
Who You Are
- Experience: 5 years of experience in construction procurement, ideally within the New York City market.
- Residential Knowledge: Familiarity with residential or multi-family construction materials and workflows.
- Negotiation Skills: You enjoy the "deal" and are confident negotiating with vendors to find the best value for the project.
- Local Expert: You understand the logistical and regulatory hurdles of building in the five boroughs.
