Immigration Attorney Employment-Based Immigration
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid/Remote)
Our client is a fast-growing, client-focused immigration law firm based in Irvine, CA, representing individuals, families, and businesses across the U.S. and globally. Built on integrity, advocacy, and excellence, the firm is expanding its employment-based immigration division.
They are seeking an experienced Employment-Based Immigration Attorney with a strong background across E-2, H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, EB-1/2/3, and related business immigration matters. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial attorney ready to take ownership, build systems and processes, and help grow a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a full caseload of employment-based and business immigration matters.
- Advise corporate clients, investors, and entrepreneurs on strategy, compliance, and visa options.
- Draft and file petitions with USCIS, DOL, and DOS; prepare clients for USCIS interviews.
- Work with firm leadership to expand the practice, develop procedures, and support business development.
- Mentor junior attorneys/paralegals and stay current on regulatory and policy updates.
- Participate in marketing, speaking engagements, and client relationship-building.
Qualifications
- J.D. and active license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
- 7-10 years of employment-based immigration experience with a strong record in complex cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice growth.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other languages) a plus.
