**I.DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES**

• 8 or more years**of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  
  

Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (**ERP**) applications. Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system. Coordinates software integration and maintains technical documentation.

The agency is seeking a skilled**PeopleSoft Financials developer**for a critical**migration**project. This roles primary responsibilities include analyzing the legacy system built on the**.NET framework, reverse-engineering business logic, and extracting critical data, as well as standard PeopleSoft development.**

The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal**communication skills**to document and explain the**legacy logic**to the project team and stakeholders. Other duties include standard**SDLC**tasks and other project tasks as needed. Depending on the project phase, some off-hours may be required.

This is currently a**remote**position. If it should become**hybrid (Austin, TX 78701)**, on-site days will be**negotiated**.

This position is**Telework- Remote, TX**. Program will only allow candidates who are**Texas**residents.Successful candidate expected to be renewed for FY'27 (which begins 09/01/26). May be renewed up to an additional 2 years.

Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from**8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central**, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed. The worker may be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings and holidays, as requested.
