About Us
LME Tax & Accounting Services is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll support a diverse range of clients across multiple industries, helping ensure their financial operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Process payroll and handle payroll tax filings
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Assist with general accounting duties as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll tax requirements
- Experience with Avalara AvaTax and/or Acumatica is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tax preparation experience is a plus
