The Commercial Loan Operations Specialist role is responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine daily loan operations activities, documentation preparation, and follow-up of commercial loans.

The Commercial Loan Operations Specialist role is responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine daily loan operations activities, documentation preparation, and follow-up of commercial loans.
What you'll do:
- Performs day-to-day loan operations functions for all lending transactions booked by the Commercial Loan Operations Department.
- Interact closely with loan processors and lenders.
- Responsible for booking loans in Silverlake system.
- Prepare and file UCC Continuations.
- Maintain insurance tracking – Communication with members & insurance agents for policy coverage on loan renewals.
- Escrow monitoring and order tax service contracts.
- Handle general Member inquires, both external and internal. Exceed Member expectations by making their needs a priority.
- LaserPro Doc Prep/Review.
- Imaging of loan documents.
- HMDA/Adverse Action reports.
- Construction loan monitoring and disbursements.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Two years banking or equivalent experience, preferably in loan operations, with a thorough knowledge of the loan service process
- Requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good verbal & written communication and effective problem-solving skills.
- Time management for understanding the urgency of Member needs.
