Doctors Student Loan Care is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Student Loan Consultant to join our growing team in Naples, Florida.
For more than 15 years, we've helped physicians and dentists across the country navigate federal student loans, repayment strategies, and forgiveness programs.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable working with numbers, and can explain complicated information in a way that makes people feel confident and informed.
No student loan experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Do
- Meet directly with physicians and dentists across the country through Zoom to discuss their student loan situations.
- Help clients understand repayment options, Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), and other student loan strategies.
- Review financial information, perform calculations, and explain the results clearly.
- Guide prospective clients through our process and help them understand the value of our ongoing services.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and help them stay on track.
- Manage client follow-ups and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Work closely with our financial advisory team to provide clients with a more complete financial experience.
- Stay current on changes to federal student loan programs and regulations.

Compensation & Earning Potential
- $20 per hour base pay.
- Performance-based bonuses in addition to hourly compensation.
