What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Cleaners position at LMB Cleaning Services, LLC?
Looking for 1 to 2 individuals to join our team. At LMB Cleaning Services we take pride in our work and we’re looking for an individual who does as well. 1st position is for 4 days per week 20-23 hours per week and other is 1- 2 days a week 6- 10 hours
Pay is weekly and 1099 position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
Skills:
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
