Job Title: Commercial Cleaning Subcontractor (Warehouse – Ongoing Contract)
Location: Tilton, NH
Job Type: Subcontract / 1099
Overview:
Established cleaning company seeking a reliable commercial cleaning subcontractor/team for a large warehouse facility. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent weekly hours.
Scope of Work:
- General warehouse cleaning
- Floor care (sweeping, mopping, auto-scrubbing preferred)
- Trash removal and maintenance
- Restroom and common area cleaning
- Day porter duties
Schedule:
- Day Porter: Monday–Friday (approx. 8 hours/day)
- Night Shift Cleaning: Monday–Friday (3–4 hours/night)
- Weekend Coverage: Saturday & Sunday (16 total hours)
- Total: ~40 hours/week
Requirements:
- Must have experience with commercial/warehouse cleaning
- Must have your own team (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to handle large-scale facilities
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented
Preferred:
- Existing cleaning crew ready to deploy
- Experience with long-term contracts
- Fully insured (or willing to obtain)
