Position Impact:
This is a hands-on HR role where you’ll have real influence. As the HRBP, you’ll own the day-to-day HR function while partnering closely with leadership to build a strong, engaged, and high performing workforce. You’ll help shape the employee experience, bring structure to processes, and ensure the organization is set up to grow the right way.
What You’ll Do:
- Own HR operations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and performance matters
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and a positive employee experience
- Lead full cycle recruiting and onboarding to attract and retain top talent
- Help strengthen HR processes and infrastructure as the company continues to grow
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related/equivalent experience
- 3 years of HR experience in a professional services environment
- Strong judgment, discretion, and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
