Quality Control Associate

Are you detail-oriented and interested in working in a laboratory environment that truly makes a difference? As a Quality Control Associate, you’ll support our pharmaceutical quality team by performing routine laboratory tasks that help ensure safe, reliable products for people who depend on them every day. This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment where quality and care directly impact lives.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare laboratory glassware and equipment
• Perform basic quality checks (tablet weights, unit counts, hardness, disintegration)
• Monitor water purification systems and stability chambers
• Filter solvents and prepare lab materials for testing
• Log, file, and organize laboratory samples and data
• Follow established procedures (SOPs, cGMPs) to ensure quality and safety
• Support lab chemists and technicians with day-to-day tasks

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (no prior lab experience required)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working on your feet and handling light lifting (up to 15 lbs.)
• Team-oriented with a positive, reliable work ethic
